Reflik, Inc., (“Reflik”, “we”, “us” and “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information and other information you may submit will be treated. This policy, which was last revised on the date set forth above, may change from time to time, so please check back periodically. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to this Privacy Policy on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the new effective date (i.e., the LAST UPDATED date). Your continued use of the Reflik.com web site and any corresponding mobile site (the “Web Site”) after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service.

We encourage people to use our Services but to be careful with personal information and follow good Internet safety processes. This Privacy Policy addresses the following issues.

1. What information is collected from me?

    We collect and store the following types of information from users of our Web Site: (i) information you voluntarily enter on our Web Site or give us in any other way, including, but not limited to, “personally identifiable information” such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and any other profile information that we need you to provide in order to open an account for you; (ii) information we collect from you through the use of “cookies” (see paragraph 4 below); (iii) information we receive from you via e-mail communications; and (iv) information that you might provide in connection with your search for employment, such as your work experience. Note that your resume or other employment related materials are included in this category and considered to be information collected from you.

To allow you to refer candidates, we help you download contact information of friends and/or professional connections from your email accounts and/or social media accounts. The connections that are brought to Reflik via your email account integration will be stored on your account as your network connections. These connections remain as your own database and will not be shared with anyone. Social Media connections (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google+) may be cached for up to 24 hours but will not be shared with anyone. In no event will Reflik use your social media contacts without your permission. 

2. Who can see my candidates’ information and resume when I upload them on the Web Site?
   

    Candidate profiles are not searchable by anyone. When an independent recruiter uploads a candidate’s resume or other information, no one can see that information except employers to which the resume or other information is provided.  Privacy and security are of paramount concern and we encourage all members to read our Privacy Policy. No other independent recruiters can see information you upload to the Web Site about your candidates. All recruiters are required to upload a candidate’s contact information. We reserve the right, however, to contact each candidate that you upload to the Web Site in order to verify that the candidate has give you permission to represent him or her.  

3. If I am an employer, can anyone see my contact information?

    No, Reflik hides an employer’s contact information from the marketplace. Only after an employer expressly chooses to engage with a candidate via the messaging feature will the candidate be able to reply to the employer’s message. The employment opportunity, however, may be posted on other free job boards or social media sites (using the job share feature). Please understand that job postings will be available to all users of the Web Site and consequently, we have no liability resulting from the copying, posting, distribution or use of any employment opportunity without the prior permission of the employer. 

4. What are cookies and how are they used?

    We may place Internet cookies on your hard drive. Cookies are small files that may be downloaded to your hard disk for record-keeping purposes. Among other things, cookies are used to: (i) remind us of who you are in order to deliver better service; (ii) estimate our audience size by determining repeat usage of our Web Site to help target advertisements based on user interests and behavior; and (iii) measure certain traffic patterns for use as a research tool to understand how our users’ habits are similar or different from one another. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. By not accepting cookies, some web pages may not display properly or you may not be permitted to access certain information. We also collect IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) to track a user’s session while the user remains anonymous. We analyze this data for certain trends in statistics, such as which parts of our Web Site users are visiting and how long they spend there. In general, we do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you. In those limited cases where session information is not anonymous, we will provide you with notice of such practice and the opportunity to choose not to allow us to track your session.

The ads appearing on the Web Site may be delivered by third party advertisers. Certain information we collect from you, such as the number of times you have viewed an ad (but not your name, address, or other personal information), may be used used to serve ads to you. In the course of serving advertisements to you on the Web Site, our third-party advertisers may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser. 

5. How is my information used?
 
     The personally identifiable information you provide may be used to enable your use of the Services and support your customer relationship with us. We will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to, or share your personally identifiable information with, third parties except as specifically authorized in this Privacy Policy. 

If you are a job applicant, your personal information and resume will be disclosed only as you see fit. No employer will see your personal information or resume without your prior consent. You have total control over who sees such information. Resumes and personal information are not searchable. By default, your profile is not searchable on Reflik. We keep it confidential until you apply for a specific job or someone refers you and you decide to accept the referral. 

If you are an employer, than any employment opportunity posted by you can be seen by all users of the Web Site.    

We want to help you quickly find information on the Web Site and alert you to specific offers provided by us. Accordingly, we may send you direct mailings or contact you by telephone about our various products and services or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. You may choose not to receive such mailings or telephone calls by the means provided for in the mailings or by contacting us at admin@reflik.com

We may do research on our users’ demographics, interests and behavior based on the information provided to us during your use of our Web Site. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. Aggregated data does not include personally identifiable information. We may share this aggregated data with others. We will release your personally identifiable information when we believe that such release is appropriate to: (i) comply with the law; (ii) enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others. This includes, but is not limited to, exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk protection. Please be aware that our advertisers or third party web sites that have links on our site may collect personally identifiable information from you. The information practices of those web sites linked to our Web Site either through advertisements or other hyperlinks are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

6. How can I access, update or delete my information?

     You can request the individual information that we have collected about you, correct factual inaccuracies in your information, remove personal information from our databases and/or update your personal information by contacting us at admin@reflik.com

7. What else should I know about my privacy?

    Third party Internet sites and services accessible through the Web Site have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of us. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions. Please be careful and responsible online. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. While we strive to protect your information, we do not ensure or warrant the security of any information through the transmission process, and you transmit information to us at your own risk.
