Looking for self starters - will be given a project and they must be able to deliver.
Work environemnt is very quiet, non political, non bureaucratic, no meetings.
Interview process:
1. Candidate will receive an email with 4 links.
-screening questions
-employment application
-PI test -2 questions
-coding test (1-1.5hours)
2. Phone screen with manager
3. If local - in person
If not local - a) 2nd phone screen
- b) in person (will fly the candidate in)
*the in person interview will consist of math and code test and meeting with the manager.
